The Wicked
I really can't recommend this movie enough. It's got everything: great camera work, impressive makeup and visual effects, above average performances and an engaging story. Oh, and the sex is fun, too. Michael Raven swung for the bleachers and somehow managed to hit the moon.
Kaylani Lei plays a gal on a road trip with friends. Unfortunately, they're targeted by an underground cult with a taste for human flesh. No, they're not "Hollywood agents." They're vampires -- and mean ones.
Raven's direction is impressive, and so is his cast. Everyone's convincing, with Lei, in particular, showing good range in her scenes. Stormy Daniels' turn as a bubbly vampire slayer is both charming and sexy.
Fans of "Devil's Rejects" and "From Dusk Til Dawn" will not want to miss this one.
