Carving My Own Path: From Rising Clip Star to MILF Fame

Carving My Own Path: From Rising Clip Star to MILF Fame

It all started with one huge, life-changing decision. I wanted to be a porn star. Why? That’s a long story I’ll save for another day. Today, I want to share the story about how I achieved my goal of becoming a successful adult entertainer.

First, I had to find the answer to the big question: “How does one become a porn star?” Yes, the first step on my journey was to educate myself. So, I entered a search query into Google and devoured every piece of information I could find from articles and interviews, to podcasts and videos.

I love sex and quickly realized how much I love performing for the camera and my fans.

I began studying the careers of the stars I admired the most and gained insights into how they achieved their success. It seemed to me they each had followed different paths, and every star had a unique journey. There was obviously not just one road to success in the adult industry. So, to achieve my goals, I would need to carve out my own path.

During my initial research, I also learned about XBIZ and the business-to-business events they host. One of these events seemed perfect for kickstarting my career and so in January 2019, I attended my first XBIZ conference in Los Angeles. There, I had the opportunity to network with fellow content creators and cam models, while also exploring what it took to crossover into performing for large porn production companies.

I attended many lectures and panels aimed at helping adult talent navigate the current business landscape. One essential panel for me consisted of industry agents, as I knew choosing the right one for me would be my next big step. While listening intently as they described what they looked for in top talent, I knew I was in the right place. After attending my first XBIZ conference with tons of new content, connections, business partners and friends, I felt prepared to begin my journey.

My next big decision was to actually move to Los Angeles, the mecca for all aspiring porn stars like myself. Following my initial prospecting trip, and once the polar vortex simmered down in Chicago, I packed up and moved everything to Los Angeles in the spring of 2019 with $150 to my name, a suitcase, no plan and no agent, but a strong determination to succeed. Soon thereafter, I had my first few scenes booked, found an agent and made some amazing connections who have also become some of my dearest friends. None of that would have been possible without building a network through XBIZ and laying the groundwork before my move.

My first scene booked through my agent was “Soccer Mom Orgy,” directed by Mike Quasar for Zero Tolerance. Showing up to set that day, I was filled with nervousness and excitement knowing I would be working with some of my favorite adult performers. But there was no time for timidity; it was show time and, after all, I was prepared.

From my research, I knew Mike had a reputation for efficiency and running a tight schedule on his sets. Once the scene started, my nerves quickly began to dissipate as my clothes came off, and my natural instincts took over. I love sex and quickly realized how much I love performing for the camera and my fans.

Next, I auditioned for Axel Braun’s “Captain Marvel.” Although I didn’t get cast in that movie, my audition clip opened the door for me to be cast in one of Axel Braun’s other movies, “MILF Fest 4” for Wicked Pictures. Only a short time in, and I was already working for several of the top directors in the business. Someone pinch me!

My popularity steadily began to climb as each new scene was released and my social media following increased. Dedicated and loyal fans helped me earn an XBIZ Cam Award nomination. Setting off for XBIZ Miami in May 2019, I knew I could use a break from my busy shooting schedule and an opportunity to connect with all the new friends I had made back in January.

In Miami, my network expanded even further to include some of the industry’s top talent who offered up tons of advice and tips. Overall, XBIZ Miami was an absolute blast that culminated in me taking home a trophy as XBIZ’s Female Rising Clip Star!

The adult industry has provided me with so much opportunity. It has given me an avenue to explore my sexuality. Within the adult industry, my sexuality is an asset to be celebrated and shared with my fans.

I am very grateful to have worked with so many top-notch production companies, including Brazzers, Pure Taboo, Mofos, Reality Kings, Girlfriends Films, Girlsway, Naughty America, Kink and many more. I am grateful for the recognition I’ve achieved this year as both a content creator and adult entertainer, including a 2020 XBIZ Best New Starlet nomination. I am also grateful for my new industry family, who has taught me so much and helped guide and support me through this journey. Most of all, I am grateful to my fans, who continue to inspire and motivate me.

I never imagined I’d achieve so much in such a short amount of time. In one year, I’ve surpassed my initial goals, achieved much of what I only dreamed was possible by becoming one of the top new starlets, and am so excited by all the possibilities the future holds.

In reflecting on my achievements over the past year, I am filled with so much pride, humility and excitement. Pride, because I chose to never let doubt, insecurities or setbacks overcome my desire to make it in the adult industry. Humility, because I am so impressed and inspired by my new colleagues and the stars who have come before me. Excitement, because we’ve truly just begun, and there’s so much I plan to achieve and experience in the coming years.

I intend to continue to grow and improve as a performer and content creator. I have so many goals for 2020 that I can’t wait to bring them to life and share them with my fans. Without the support of my fans, none of this would have been possible, so I’m incredibly appreciative of my fans. I can’t wait to celebrate every step of my journey with you all and simply enjoy the ride.
