The Private Media Group announced an increase in net income to $1.5 million for the second quarter ending June 30. Private’s net sales during the same period were $11.5 million.
Private U.S.A. said Wednesday it will release a new six-volume pack of “Superfuckers” next week. The Aug. 7 release of “Superfuckers Volume 7-12” includes more than 17 hours of footage and is priced at $99, available at adult stores and on the Internet.
Private U.S.A. said Monday it is launching a new line of 4-hour adult DVDs this month. The “All Sex” series will include scenes from its videos and will be released four times a month.
Following a restructuring phase in May and a ramping-up of its Internet unit, Private Media Group Inc., one of the largest international adult entertainment companies, is scheduled launch a reality show for television that documents the lives of aspiring porn stars.
As part of an ongoing restructuring process following a slip in revenue in 2003, adult content provider Private Media Group Inc. announced the completion of a strategy to ramp-up its core moneymaking divisions, which includes its Internet unit Private.com.
