Sometimes referred to as Holland which actually only constitutes a part of it, the Netherlands has a cosmopolitan feel to it, and even old people there seem to radiate a youthful exuberance sorely lacking elsewhere.
The Dutch may have liberal attitudes towards sex and soft drugs, but a TV show based on the daily life of a porn star has proved too hot to handle for television viewers and executives.
