The legal battle over The Love Shack, a 10,000 square-foot adult retail store operating in a suburban Atlanta neighborhood, took a new turn today, when a federal judge ordered the store owner to close his doors or face a possible contempt violation.
Shortly after opening, The Love Shack, a 10,000-square-foot adult video and novelty retail establishment, will begin its federal case against Fulton County, which has refused to give the store its business license.
