The operator of now-defunct websites MegaClassicPorn.com and ClassicPornBox.com must pay civil damages and legal fees to Command Cinema and HotMovies after the membership sites were purportedly found to have streamed pirated content.
Command Cinema filed suit last week against the operators of two websites, ClassicPornBox.com and MegaClassicPorn.com, for alleged copyright infringement after the classic porn distributor found five titles being sold on the sites.
