Medium Pimpin Releases New 'Popit' Tool

Medium Pimpin has announced the launch of “Popit,” a new popup console utility that puts popups back on the map.

Years ago popup blockers grew popular and virtually killed the extra revenue for programs paying more on PPS tours with popups. Then, with the latest generation of browsers, the battle looked as if it was finally over; Popups had become a thing of the past. Some programs to this day pay more for tours with popups but have none. Others simply killed the whole with/without popups concept, and just run without them.

MediumPimpin has introduced a new alternative; Popit, a new hosted tool crafted to be able to launch popups even on the latest of browsers.

Popit is free to use, and webmasters get to specify the links in rotation and just about everything else regarding the popup or popunder consoles generated by the tool. The only catch is that every 5th link has to go to a Medium Pimpin website — for which the webmaster gets paid for signups as Medium Pimpin affiliate

“We’ve used parts of this code on our tours for about 6 months and we’ve been doing great on our PPS traffic,” said Kevin, owner of Medium Pimpin.

Popit contains no “malicious code,” and uses less obtrusive alternatives to other aggressive methods, that in a hostile way try to bypass popup blockers and that might be harmful to surfers’ computers.

While it is an open argument as to whether tricking browsers in to displaying extra ads is right or not, Popit makes no excuses about what it does, and Medium Pimpin says it’s just one in a series of new webmaster tools scheduled for release this year.
