CEO Berth Milton said the relocation was part of Private’s expansion, and that it helps further its drive more business opportunities because the office complex is centrally located.

The skyscraper is located in the Port Olympic area, an area of the old city of Barcelona in Catalonia. The 40-story building is named after its owner, Mapfre, an insurance company. It hold the title for the highest helipad in Spain and is adjacent to its twin, Hotel Arts Barcelona.
