Joe Brandi Launches The Adult News Channel Online

BURBANK, Calif. — Former KSEX vice president Joe Brandi has launched The Adult News Channel online. The website is currently offering radio 24/7, and will start video feeds five nights a week on Feb. 1.

"I want to do it differently," Brandi said. "TANC will be a major presence in not only the adult industry but mainstream as well. All fans will be able to watch and listen to TANC for free 24 hours a day."

TANC Radio features music, comedy and adult talk, and is available now 24/7. Shows include "From The Ville," "Lunatic Radio," "The Dick Cochran Show," "The MoFo Show," "Comedy Classics," "What's Goin' On" and "Check Your Pulse."

TANC TV shows will air 6-8 hours per night, five nights per week with special events held on weekends. The TANC TV lineup will be announced in the next two weeks, according to Brandi.

"There will be a lot of press releases coming out in the next two weeks including information regarding acquisitions, partnerships, deals, takeovers and the star packed lineup of shows," Brandi said. "If anyone thinks that Internet television or radio is boring then they are about to have their minds changed quickly."

Content on TANC will include nudity, but there will be no hardcore, Brandi said.

"I want to make it more mainstream so we can bring in the bigger guests and the bigger sponsors," Brandi said. "With the structure we have we can bring in high-end sponsors and have the ability to market this in the mainstream world. [Just] because it's adult-oriented does not mean it has to be hardcore and sleazy."

TANC will also feature a community site with a military theme, where members build an "army" with "soldiers" rather than accumulating "friends" as on other community websites.

"Obviously the more soldiers you have the stronger your army becomes," Brandi said. "As you move up the ranks you will be gaining points to win monthly prizes."

TANC radio is currently online at TANC.com. For information about advertising, email Joe Brandi at info@tanctv.com for pre-launch advertising and promotions.
