On Monday, Jan. 13, event registration opens at 4 p.m. at The Conservatory, located in the main lobby of the Kimpton Everly Hotel. Arriving attendees can get an early start by picking up their XBIZ LA registration badges and settling in before heading to the fifth-floor sun deck for a 5 p.m. Women in Adult “Speed Friending” session sponsored by Chaturbate. That’s followed by the official XBIZ 2025 Welcome Reception, sponsored by MobiusPay, taking place in the main lobby bar beginning at 7 p.m. Monday night also includes an invite-only business leaders dinner hosted by Silverstein Legal and MojoHost.

Tuesday, Jan. 14 marks the first full day of the conference, with event registration starting at 9 a.m. Official programming on Tuesday and Wednesday follows three themed tracks: Performer/Creator, sponsored by ImLive; Content, sponsored by FeetFix & LoveHerFeet; and Web & Tech, sponsored by YourPaysitePartner. However, all attendees are welcome at all sessions.

Chaturbate kicks off at 10 a.m. with “Tax Tips for Broadcaster-Creators.” That’s followed by “Maximize Your Streaming Earnings,” exploring strategies to help broadcaster-creators increase revenue. At noon, it’s “Making Every Side Your Good Side: Photography Tips for Creators,” featuring noted industry photographers. Then “Making the Cut: Editing Tips for Creators” reviews software, tools and techniques. At 2 p.m., Pornhub presents “The Year in Review/The Road Ahead,” a recap of 2024’s platform updates, the struggles and successes creators faced, and a preview of Pornhub’s 2025 road map. The track ends with “From Indie to Pro: Expanding Your Creative Horizons,” a guide for indie creators aiming to navigate the studio circuit, establish premium paysites and unlock growth opportunities.

Meanwhile, the Web & Tech track includes “Creator Platforms: The Latest Trends in Clips and Premium Social,” covering platform updates and innovations; “Cam Platforms: What’s Hot and What’s Next,” which dives into the latest trends and emerging developments; “Paysite Confidential: Scouting New Terrain,” a primer for anyone interested in driving traffic, identifying content trends and growing their subscriber base; and finally a “Billing and Payment Processing Update,” covering regulations, compliance strategies and payment processing trends.

On the Content track, “Studio Report: Calling the Shots, Anticipating the Trends” takes you behind the scenes with top studio execs and producers as they review the past year’s highlights and share predictions for 2025. “Banking on Niches: Specialty Content That Sells” reveals the specialty genres captivating fans, the benefits of finding your niche — and how to make your mark once you do. “A Woman’s Touch: Insights From Female Directors” brings together leading female helmers to discuss their creative journeys, challenges and perspectives. Capping off the Content Track is “XMA Performers of the Year,” where nominated performers talk about the projects that earned them 2025 XMA nominations, as well as their strategies for branding, fan engagement and revenue.

Running parallel and complementing those tracks is a series of Company Workshops. Eva AI presents “Earn Passively, Supercharge Your Content and Join the Future,” a session on how “digital twins” can help agencies and creators scale their content, deepen audience engagement and open a new stream of passive income. MobiusPay presents “Learn How to Protect Your Business,” an update on how the latest card brand policies and developments could impact you. Jiz Lee presents “Coming Out Like a Porn Star,” in which seasoned professionals will share advice about navigating stigma online and in person. Finally, Tosai Productions presents “Cracking the Code — Intro to the Asian R-18 Market,” featuring insights from Asia market innovators on what lies ahead.

Throughout the afternoon, attendees are also invited to sample a brand-new feature of XBIZ LA: Company Cribs. These dedicated suites, located on the fifth floor of the hotel, offer the opportunity to meet and greet reps from leading brands and organizations in an informal environment — or to stop by for unique scheduled activities such as solo talks, workshops and micro events. Those include mini photo shoots for broadcaster-creators with Chaturbate, as well as three sessions in the CAM4 crib: “Unlock Passive Income with Referrals” and “Creating and Thriving in the Adult Industry,” featuring Playboy exec Holly Ruprecht and award-winning performer-producer Ana Foxxx. Pineapple Support will offer “Advocating for Yourself and Others While on Set,” “Balancing Act: Navigating Family Life in the Adult Industry” and “The Art of Staying Relevant — Career Longevity and Mental Well-Being.” Stop by the Adult Time crib for “How to Conduct a Consent Meeting,” or the BongaCams Champagne Hour for a chance to grab exclusive gifts and learn about the platform’s revshare offer. There will also be a “Crib Crawl” during which companies will host unique experiential activities in their cribs.

The busy first day of XBIZ LA is bracketed by don’t-miss networking and social events. In the morning, the perennially popular Speed Networking offers a great way to level up your business connections. In the late afternoon, after the day’s formal programming wraps up, XBIZ LA attendees are invited to the “Mix & Meet Market” on the sundeck, for a dynamic networking event where established and emerging businesses showcase their offerings. And of course, the classic and ultra-sexy annual “Winter Wonderland” lingerie and pajama-themed party, sponsored this year by Playboy Plus and EVA AI, starts at 9 p.m. at Ballet Hollywood nightclub.

Wednesday, Jan. 15 kicks Day 2 into high gear with a second round of panel sessions, Company Workshops and Company Cribs.

Wednesday’s Performer/Creator Track gears up with “Building Your Personal Brand,” offering tips on developing and monetizing your brand, and implementing strategies to help you stand out. Next up is “Be Your Own Photographer,” a guide to saving money, choosing your own schedule and enjoying creative control. “Shot at Greatness: Videography Tips for Creators” will help you achieve professional results and elevate your game, and the “XMA Creators of the Year” share their journeys and tips on content strategies, branding and fan engagement.

Web & Tech Track attendees can get “The Inside Scoop on Creator Agencies” from reps ready to answer all your questions. “Legal Outlook: 2025” surveys recent developments in legislation, regulatory challenges and compliance strategies. “State of the Industry: 2025 New Year Edition” assembles industry leaders to analyze key trends and market shifts, plus the opportunities and challenges ahead.

On the Content Track, “Media Training for Adult Professionals” provides a chance to develop skills for communicating with the media and advocating for the adult industry. “There’s No Business Like Gay Business” explores the vibrant gay market, from talent and content to tech innovation. “Secrets of Agents” covers trends in talent representation and the outlook for the year ahead, and the annual “Trans State of the Union” roundtable takes on the challenges faced by trans performers and creators in 2024, and strategizes for the year ahead.

Company Workshops on Wednesday include Woodhull Freedom Foundation’s “Tips for Effective SW Rights Activism,” a Qencode workshop on “Using AI Tools to Level Up Your Video Content,” Silverstein Legal’s “The Future Is Now — Moving Forward Post-Election,” in which industry veterans help performers, creators and business operators assess how recent political shifts may impact their business, and Zargarpour Law Firm’s “10 Smart Legal and Business Strategies for All Industry Pros.”

Company Cribs are back in full force as well on Day 2, including more Chaturbate mini photo shoots and “How to Shoot Foot Fetish Content That Sells” with FeetFix. In the CAM4 Crib, check out “Payment Processing 101” with Segpay, an age verification legislation update with ASACP, plus seasoned creators joining Laura Desiree for candid conversations on attracting new fans and keeping your audience in “New Year, New You!” Meanwhile, Pineapple Support hosts a full slate of sessions: “Financial Literacy: Why It Matters and How to Overcome Money Anxiety”; “Setting Healthy Boundaries With Clients,” a roundtable discussion on setting clear boundaries for camming and interactions with clients; “Looking Out for Yourself and Others,” covering advocating for yourself and colleagues in professional settings; and “How to Adult: Mastering Self-Parenting, Business and Life Balance.” There’s also another afternoon Crib Crawl and another BongaCams Champagne Hour.

Attendees from all corners of the industry will be interested in an Aylo presentation titled “Rules of Engagement,” in which Ethical Capital Partners’ Solomon Friedman will discuss how engaging with government, media and industry stakeholders has impacted the company and answer audience questions. Likewise, 2025’s Visionary Keynote with multi-award-winner Ricky Greenwood, in conversation with moderator Casey Calvert, promises to expand your perspective on the current landscape and where adult filmmaking is headed.

Wednesday’s special events include more morning Speed Networking, a Creator Collab Meetup on the sundeck, and the annual XBIZ Honors ceremony, celebrating online adult industry leaders whose business acumen has driven brand success and fostered community, alongside the presentation of select award categories from the 2025 XMAs.

Thursday, Jan. 16 dawns with “Age Verification in the UK: An Update from Ofcom,” walking adult sites through compliance with the new Online Safety Act’s AV rules, as well as “From Idea to Finished Product,” a special session in which leading experts in content creation share how to take an original concept from idea to completion, whether it’s a social media post or a full-length feature. That’s followed by The Cupcake Girls’ “Promoting Safety and Ethical Practices,” sharing actionable steps for prioritizing performers’ well-being.

The conference shifts gears for the Free Speech Coalition Summit, which starts off with a “Supreme Court Update” featuring FSC’s Alison Boden and Mike Stabile live from Washington, a “Credit Union Progress Report” outlining the next steps in FSC’s credit union initiative, and an alliance between industry stakeholders and academic researchers confronting the new wave of moralistic politics in “Challenging Project 2025.”

Thursday also features the Pineapple Support Wellness Retreat, a series of special sessions. Relax with “Breathing and Release.” Get rid of erotic blocks that no longer serve you in “Erotic Release & Pleasure Manifesto.” Open the body and calm the mind through mindful stretches in a “Guided Flow.” Explore practices and rituals designed to honor, appreciate and nurture your mind, body, and spirit in “Cultivating Gratitude and Self-Appreciation.” Experience a fusion of sacred medicine songs, shamanic instruments and breath work techniques in “Sound Healing.” Book a free one-on-one mini session with a Pineapple Support mental health professional in “Personal Check-In,” and discover the who, what and why behind Pineapple Support’s mission and services in “Inside Pineapple Support: Championing Mental Health for Adult Industry Professionals.”

Finally, after two action-packed days of X3 Expo on Friday and Saturday, the 2025 XMAs — the adult industry’s biggest night — will cap off the week on Sunday, Jan. 19 at the historic Hollywood Palladium to crown the best of the best.
