Ricky Greenwood to Unpack the Art of Filmmaking in XBIZ 2025 Keynote

XBIZ is pleased to announce that acclaimed, multi-award-winning director Ricky Greenwood will deliver the Content Keynote address at XBIZ 2025, taking place Jan. 13-16.

As North America’s premier adult industry conference, XBIZ 2025 will once again unite top stars, indie creators, digital media professionals, industry executives, and rising entrepreneurs for unparalleled business opportunities and a comprehensive exploration of the future of adult entertainment.

“I look forward to XBIZ Week every year and all the events it brings,” Greenwood shared. “Delivering a keynote at such a major event has always been a dream of mine, so I’m truly honored and excited. I have a lot to share about today’s industry landscape and where we’re headed, making this the perfect platform.”

Greenwood, who transitioned into adult filmmaking in 2017 after a successful stint in mainstream TV and film, owes his industry breakthrough to Mile High Media Vice President John Blitt, who recognized his talent early on. Since then, Greenwood has built a distinguished reputation as a versatile director, earning a slew of accolades for his work across straight, gay, trans, and lesbian genres.

Celebrated as a prolific filmmaker and writer of narrative-driven features, Greenwood’s 2025 XMA award-nominated works include “Alive,” “Amuse Bouche,” “Dirty Cops,” “Gold Diggers,” and “Project X.” Over the course of his career, he has directed hundreds of features for leading studio brands such as Sweetheart Video, TransSensual, Icon Male, Dorcel, Adult Time, AllHerLuv, Parasited, and MissaX. In January, he was named Director of the Year, and Forbes recently hailed him as “the hardest-working director in porn.”

The address will be presented in an interview format, led by acclaimed director and performer Casey Calvert.
