The Return of Scarlett Sage, Now With More B/G

The Return of Scarlett Sage, Now With More B/G

LOS ANGELES — By the time Scarlett Sage sits down to sign autographs at X3 Expo, several of her comeback scenes will be out and available to her devoted fandom — including a number of boy/girl scenes.

These scenes, which encompass several acting roles for Missa X and other studios, represent Sage's first new output since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020.

“I was very scared of COVID,” Sage tells XBIZ this week, as she busies herself letting the industry know that she’s ready to be booked again, through Motley Models.

“I’m super excited to start doing scenes again, and to be able to to show what I am capable of, as well as working with people that will help me be able to tap into my acting capabilities,” she adds.

The 2021 XBIZ Girl/Girl Performer of the Year is also eager to let everyone know that her comeback now entails catching up on boy/girl scenes, which she has not done since the very beginning of her career.

Sage started off in the industry in early 2016 as an in-demand ingenue, but by October of that year she had made the difficult decision to phase out boy/girl scenes.

“About six months after I started, I began having some complications with my body,” Sage reveals. “I couldn't really ‘take the dick.’ I was sore. I had a whole issue with that. So when I decided to come back after COVID and I decided to go back in and do B/G, I was a little nervous because of how my body had reacted back then.”

Sage says she listened to her body very carefully. “I was like, ‘I think I've gotten better since then to be able to handle it. And, worst case scenario, I just go back to doing G/G.’ I always knew I could pay attention to my body and if my body was telling me that I can't handle B/G, then I wasn't afraid to go back to G/G. I just like being in the industry, so whatever like my body is capable of, that’s where I'm going to be.”

Between late 2016 and 2020, when Sage performed exclusively in girl/girl scenes, the ambitious blonde was determined to overcompenesate for the restrictions her body had imposed on her by dominating the girl/girl niche.

“I dove into G/G and I can say I made a name for myself in that category,” she explains. “And I showed what I could do performance-wise, I showed my reliability, I showed just who I was — all wrapped up as ‘Scarlett Sage.’ For me, even back then, my brand was everything to me. I always looked at it from the branding point of view. Yeah, sure, I’m having fun, I'm having sex, but my brand is very important to me. And also what I want to accomplish with my brand.”

Coming back into the industry in 2022, Sage says she is now much more comfortable with exploring boy/girl again, because she’s already established as an award-winning girl/girl performer.

After the initial jitters, Sage broke the ice last month with first boy/girl shoot for VR studio SexLikeReal.

“I felt, ‘Okay, this is awesome.’ Like, I'm so glad that my body's in tune with what I'm desiring,” she adds.

Sage says she already has a dozen scenes in the proverbial can, waiting to trickle out over the next few months.

“I have a bunch of Missa X — and some of those were doubles!” she marvels at her progress. “Some of those days, I was doing two scenes in one day.”

“Scarlett is such a lovely person and talented actor,” Missa X told XBIZ. “We love working with her.”

Sage says she “most definitely” wants to explore more acting opportunities, including other varieties of boy/girl scenes.

“I want to get into some acting roles where I can show that side of me,” she offers. “I’m also excited to show that I'm a very good dirty talker. So I want like a mix of role-playing, but also gonzo, where there's a premise but the sex is a ‘you be who you are’ kind of thing. I'm excited to show both sides of me.

“I've already played virgins for years,” she laughs, “so I'm excited to get also more challenges acting-wise. I've already been able to be a lot sexier this month. I’m at the point where they’re putting me in fancy lingerie, and we’re getting nice and dressed-up sexy — not a ‘just 18’ vibe anymore, right?”

Sage says she’s looking forward to reintroducing herself to old and new fans at X3 in January.

“I am really excited to just get going,” she concludes. “I’ve already ‘made it’ with G/G. It's very different when you're switching categories, because I have fans who are only strictly G/G fans. And I will cater to them too. They’ll still get it, but they're also gonna see other sides of me. So, get ready!”
