LOS ANGELES — Wicked Sensual Care will be donating a percentage of proceeds from the June sales of its entire 'simply' collection of lubricants and enhancers to the Marsha P. Johnson Institute.
According to a rep, the donation is intended to further the organization's mission to promote equal rights and fair treatment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex people.
As Wicked Sensual Care enters its first Pride season since releasing 'simply' Aqua Special Edition, it is calling on retailers and distributors to stock up on the entire collection.
“Maximizing 'simply' sales at the retail level will provide critical support for those dedicated to bettering the lives of LGBTQ+ individuals and raise awareness about the systemic inequalities facing that population,” the rep added.
Wicked Sensual Care is offering promotional assets in the form of 'simply' Aqua Special Edition packets and giveaways for events. Its reseller resource portal features digital and printable one-sheets with high-resolution art for merchandising assistance and suggested messaging to consumers — including the social media-friendly hashtag #loveissimplylove — as well as a curated list highlighting domestically and internationally recognized LGBTQ+ dates, i.e. days, weeks and months of observance that focus on LGBTQ+ history, awareness and celebration.
All 'simply' products are made with clean ingredients, including the line’s signature olive leaf extract. Formulated without propylene glycol or glycerin, 'simply' products are vegan, cruelty-free and paraben-free.
