Damiana Consulting to Produce Content for WOW Tech Academy

LOS ANGELES — Damiana Consulting has partnered with WOW Tech Academy to produce a series of retail support videos featuring sexperts and other educators.

The videos, produced and managed by Damiana CEO Sarah Tomchesson, provide “a new, efficient and easy-to-use way for retailers on all levels to gain a better understanding of WOW Tech brands and products,” said a rep.

“This visually stunning series of education videos feature popular sex educators and sex experts who take viewers through the WOW Tech catalog with a uniquely engaging style,” the rep added.

WOW Tech Academy is an educational initiative that includes product education videos on the full range of WOW Tech products and brands, including Womanizer, We-Vibe, pjur and ArcWave. The Academy features interactive video content and sales training tools to "provide product knowledge as well as enhance the viewers’ understanding of pleasure and the unique ways WOW Tech products can enhance it," said the rep.

Tomchesson noted “the opportunity to develop and produce WOW Tech Academy was a perfect fit" for her team.

"We were able to bring together our decades of sex-positive retail and pleasure-based sex education experience and combine it with our video production skills to create a much-needed training tool for retailers. It was a pleasure to work with the WOW Tech team and connect them with the diverse educators we featured in the video series, and we look forward to our next production project,” she added.

The development of WOW Tech Academy content and training materials includes input from retailers across North America and feedback from users. Each video features sex educators like author and activist Vanessa Carlisle, PhD; Sex Nerd Sandra’s Sandra Daugherty; Dating Advice Girl Erin Tillman; Jocelyn Silva of Sex Coach Jocelyn, and others.

WOW Tech Academy also includes accompanying quizzes, participation incentives and sales-training sheets.

WOW Tech Brand Manager Marius Nieland said, “We believe the new engaging and interactive content will help everyone across our network to improve their sales expertise."
