GirlsDoPorn Owners to Face Sex Trafficking Charges

Updated with additional details on Tuesday, October 15.

SAN DIEGO — Michael Pratt and Matthew Wolfe, the owners and operators of GirlsDoPorn and GirlsDoToys, were named as defendants in a criminal complaint supported by sworn affidavit filed with the United States District Court for the Southern District of California in San Diego on October 10.

Two others who provided services for the site, actor Ruben Garcia and administrative assistant Valorie Moser, were also named in the complaint.

Pratt, Wolfe and Garcia face charges of engaging in sex trafficking by force, fraud and coercion plus conspiracy to commit sex trafficking; Moser faces only a conspiracy charge. The complaint also contains forfeiture counts that seek the recovery of all property associated with the venture.

"Garcia was arrested on October 9; Wolfe was taken into custody (October 8) by immigration officials and transferred to federal criminal custody," the FBI announced. They were arraigned October 10, while Moser's arraignment was scheduled for October 11 before U.S. Magistrate Judge Linda Lopez.

"Pratt," notes the FBI, "is a fugitive."

"The charges and allegations contained in an indictment or complaint are merely accusations, and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty."
