Vendo Builds Customer Centric Organization

LOS ANGELES — Vendo is starting 2019 strong with a renewed focus on putting customers first.

Headquartered in Switzerland, Vendo is a leading financial technology company with team members working in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Oceania to deliver optimized billing for global e-commerce.

According to Vendo’s Mitch Platt, the company recently completed its 2018 year-end review with a singular focus and now has one main objective for 2019 — to be the most customer-centric organization in the industry.

“Let’s face it, billing can be confusing. Dealing with billers and banks can be like being lost in a maze — but it doesn’t have to be that way,” Platt explains. “At Vendo, we’re focused on supplying customers with ‘actionable intelligence.’ These are new tools that give customers the information they need to take billing decisions with confidence.”

Platt is excited about using Vendo’s platform to help its clients compete.

“It has always been about our clients but in 2019 even more so!” Platt adds. “Vendo is investing and adding new team members to grow customer satisfaction, banking, technology, and conversion. The company is also investing heavily in tools that will transform businesses and banking.”

With improved tools and an expanded banking footprint, Vendo is focused on delivering superior customer satisfaction and providing a platform that will help their clients take the right decisions to grow their businesses.

One of the company’s new team members, VP of marketing Roy Sabbag, joined Vendo last year as part of a 15 percent increase in hiring.

“I came with 13 years of experience working with billers as a paysite operator and since I joined, I’ve been incredibly impressed with the quality of the team and services at Vendo,” Sabbag says. “I simply wasn’t aware of everything they were doing. Probably most people aren’t, so I look forward to sharing these valuable tools with the industry in 2019.”
