CANOGA PARK, Calif. — Adult performer Logan Pierce recently shot two mainstream videos — a short adventure horror film shot on location in Guatemala and a short slice of life documentary — that are releasing this week
The horror release, titled “City of Ticks,” is about rival archaeologists who are sent on a secret mission to the war-torn jungles of Guatemala to begin excavation of a lost Mayan city, only to awaken the same cosmic horror that caused the civilization's collapse a millennium before.
“City of Ticks” is written and directed by filmmaker and horror aficionado Rob Himebaugh. Pierce stars in the production along with mainstream actors Ryan Canney and Lindsey Ginter.
In the documentary, Pierce stars in a 90-second glimpse into the life of a working male adult performer. The doc explores Logan's pursuits out of the business while also portraying the industry in a lighthearted and playful light.
The documentary was produced by Post Captain Media, a new commercial production company, and was directed and edited by Rob Himebaugh. The doc also features female adult performer Lilly Ford and director Eddie Powell.
