LOS ANGELES — The Free Speech Coalition issued a statement tonight that said adult content production could resume late Wednesday or early Thursday.
A moratorium has been imposed since Thursday when a PASS database-listed adult performer tested positive for HIV.
The FSC said the following:
Over the weekend, PASS medical advisors were able to successfully reach each of the first-generation contacts who had worked with the original performer during the possible period of exposure.
Those performers are in the process of retesting, and we should have full results back on Wednesday.
If there are no further positive tests, and no further complications, production could potentially resume as soon as late Wednesday or early Thursday.
We understand that a production hold is not only stressful and confusing, but also financially difficult.
However, our ultimate responsibility is to the safety of the performer pool and the integrity of the PASS system.
