HILLSBOROUGH, N.C. — AdamAndEve.com is back this month with new results from its annual sex survey in which the company asked more than 1,000 adults how they felt about same-sex marriage.
While 18 percent of the respondents (13 percent of the women and 24 percent of the men) feel that same-sex marriage should not be legal, 55 percent of the respondents (62 percent of the women and 47 percent of the men) say they are glad it is now legal in the U.S.
27 percent of the respondents (25 percent of the women and 28 percent of the men) said they had no opinion on the matter.
“It’s encouraging to see that attitudes and values towards same-sex relationships and marriages are changing,” said Chad Davis, director of marketing for Adam & Eve. “AdamEve.com carries a wide variety of products for adults in all stages and types of relationships. From toys to games and novelties, Adam & Eve is a judgment-free retail space for everyone.”
The web-based survey, conducted by an independent third party survey company, of more than 1,000 American adults age 18 and up, was sponsored by Adam & Eve to study sexual preferences and practices.
