LOS ANGELES — Adam & Eve has earned 31 XBIZ Awards nominations including Studio of the Year along with nine nominations for the erotic comedy “Bad Babes,” eight nominations for its government spy drama “Agent 69” and four nominations for “Adventures with the Baumgartners.”
Also earning Director of the Year — Feature Release nominations were “Baumgartners” director Kay Brandt and “Agent 69” director Jay Allan.

“Bad Babes Inc.” led Adam & Eve’s nominations with nine nods for Comedy Release of the Year, Best Actress for Katie Morgan, Best Actor — Comedy Release for Ryan Ryder, Best Supporting Actress for Kat Dior and Best Supporting Actor for Seth Gamble. It also earned two nominations for Best Sex Scene — Comedy for scenes starring Adriana Chechik and Ryan Ryder, as well as a scene starring Kat Dior and Moe “The Monster" Johnson.
Adam & Eve’s “Agent 69,” written and directed by veteran filmmaker Jay Allen was nominated for Feature of the Year, along with Best actress nomination for Eva Lovia as well as Best Sex Scene — Feature Release for a scene featuring Honey Gold and Mick Blue.
It was followed by “Adventures with the Baumgartners” which received nominations for Couples-Themed Release of the Year, Director of the Year — Feature Release for Kay Brandt, Best Actress — Couples-Themed Release for AJ Applegate and Best Sex Scene — Couples-Themed Release for Anikka Albrite and Edyn Blair.

Adam & Eve Pictures, which is the production company behind some of the adult industry’s all-time best selling films, was honored with an XBIZ nomination for Studio of the Year. Its new initiative developing adult films based on erotic books such as the “Baumgartner” series and last September’s highly successful feature “Naked” based upon Brandt’s published novel supports Adam & Eve’s innovative approach to erotic filmmaking.
On the retail side, Adam & Eve Stores were nominated for Retailer of the Year Chain and Progressive Retailer of the Year, while the company’s flagship site AdamAndEve.com was nominated for Online Retailer of the Year — Full Range. The male-centric site AdamMale.com earned Online Retailer of the Year — Specialty nomination.
