Affil4you Offers Mobile Game Service in Belgium

PARIS — Affil4you.com has announced its launch of mobile game service in Belgium, in combination with mobile carrier Proximus.

According to the company, Affil4you’s unique direct carrier billing through this Belgian operator allows consumers to sign up for a recurring membership with just a few clicks.

The big advantage is that the consumer does not have to enter any data and can be billed directly via his phone number. Unlike carriers that implemented a Pin-flow, this game maintains the easy click-flow.

“Business intelligence firm App Annie predicts Netflix-style subscriptions could become the future of monetization in the realm of mobile games,” says Affil4you CEO Laurent Baquiast. “They also predict that consumer [spending] on mobile games will surpass $100 billion in 2021, representing the significant majority of total spending on mobile in general.”

Baquiast notes that with a mobile game subscription, the consumer will be charged directly by the carrier on a weekly basis.

“As the industry already knows, games and adult entertainment cover a big crossover consumer group and therefore, games convert very well in the adult entertainment space on mobile devices,” Baquiast concludes. “Carrier regulations in Europe are very intense and Proximus does not allow adult banners, but Affil4you provides all affiliates and media buyers with the best converting game banners on all verticals.”
