Quentin Gainz Named Mr. Next Door 2017

MONTREAL — Next Door Studios has announced Quentin Gainz as the winner of its inaugural Mr. Next Door 2017 contest.

Gainz was chosen by fans after votes were tallied on NextDoorStudios.com. He took home the Mr. Next Door trophy at The Phoenix Forum.

“I’m so happy that the fans chose Quentin as Mr. Next Door 2017,” said Rocco Fallon, VP of production for Next Door Studios. “It’s truly a pleasure to work with Quentin. He’s an incredible guy inside and out. His charming smile, incredible physique and the sexual energy he brings to every scene makes him a perfect choice for Mr. Next Door 2017.”

Gainz, who was nominated for a 2017 Cybersocket Award as "Best Newcomer," made his debut on the military site, ActiveDuty.com, before signing an exclusive contract with Next Door Studios.

His first scene for Next Door Studios was an audition with Markie More in September 2015. He has since starred in 18 productions including the popular series “The Reunion” and “Str8 Bait Hostel.” He is slated to appear in the upcoming series “Straight Chexx,"  which will go live on March 31.

Gainz was among six contestants vying for the title of Mr. Next Door 2017, which included Markie More, Mark Long, Scotty Zee, Ty Thomas and Lance Ford.

“I’m honored to be named Mr. Next Door 2017,” Gainz said. “The past few years working with the team at Next Door Studios has been incredible, I’ve made some great friends and it’s opened up so many opportunities for me. I’m looking forward to what the rest of 2017 brings.”

Gainz will receive the grand prize of a $1,000, while More took second place with a cash award of $500 and Zee won third place with a $250 award.

“I’d like to thank our contestants for participating in our first annual Mr. Next Door 2017 contest,” said Stephan Sirard, president of Next Door Studios. “They are all talented performers and a valued part of the Next Door family.”
