PANAMA CITY — BongaCams today announced that it has acquired CamFuze.com.
The live cam network said that CamFuze’s emphasis on "amateur" models brings a new fold into its mix of online properties.
“These are the girls next door who are able to transform into someone completely different,” a BongaCams spokesperson said. “Everyone likes professional webcam models, but let’s admit that there is something intriguing about amateurs [and the] great passion for what they are doing.”
BongaCams has updated CamFuze’s site design and created a more user-friendly website that will be easier to navigate. The live cam network said the new version of CamFuze is also now compatible with all mobile devices.
“Merging two websites of this scale offers infinite new opportunities not to be missed — thousands of fresh faces, maximum entertainment for both models and members, and, last but not least, increased traffic and conversion values,” the spokesperson said.
BongaCams and CamFuze both are token-based sites that offer female, male, couples and transgender models.
In December, BongaCams acquired RusCams.com, one of the first large-scale cam sites for online Russian-speaking users.
Terms of the CamFuze acquisition were not revealed.
