MetArt Network, Twistbox Strike Mobile Distribution Deal

LOS ANGELES —Twistbox and the MetArt Network announced today a “new strategic partnership” designed to bring MetArt content to mobile markets around the world.

The partnership is a "natural win" for both companies, according to Ler Khodaverdy, Twistbox’s vice president of operations.

“Certain markets such as Portugal, Greece and South Africa can produce tremendous results, but they come with strict compliance requirements around the type of content that can be distributed via mobile platforms,” Khodaverdy said.

“Finding high-quality erotic content that fits within the rules yet still can grab and engage an audience is a challenge, but MetArt has been producing precisely this kind of material for a long time," he said. "So obviously, we’re thrilled to have a chance to work with MetArt, a company that actually stands for excellence.”

The partnership gives MetArt a strategy for meeting their mobile expansion goals, providing the company with a path for the distribution and billing of their content through mobile channels, said Adam Scheuer, MetArt’s business development director.

For Twistbox, partnering with MetArt, with its beautiful models, rich settings and high-quality erotic photography, is the “perfect solution for monetizing mobile traffic in lucrative but restrictive mobile markets,” he said.

“The partnership allows us to develop our mobile business strategy in select markets and expand our brand while continuing to deliver the highest quality content to the exact standards our customers have come to expect from us,” Scheuer said. “We will be creating a user experience in the smartphone market that is second to none.”

Founded in 2003, Twistbox is a direct advertiser and a global producer, publisher and distributor of mobile content and services in partnership with mobile network operators.

MetArt Network has a network of subscription-based websites that include MetArt.com, MetArtX.com, SexArt.com, VivThomas.com, TheLifeErotic.com and others.  MetArt also runs MetArt Money.com.
