Adult Webcam Awards Slashes Sponsorship Prices

LOS ANGELES — Adult Webcam Awards Organizer Ron Lee has announced the slashing of sponsorship package fees by 50 percent for its upcoming show in January of 2017.

Effective immediately, Lee says that the discount will be retroactively honored for all current sponsors, and reflects a change in strategy for the event’s promoters, which will also see the addition of award categories covering hosting, ad platforms, cam model personal site designers, and other market arenas that play a role in the cams business.

“We’re seeing lots of interest,” Lee explains, “and considering the conference is totally free for models this year and more than 100 are [already] registered we have decided this move makes the best sense for growing the pool of participating businesses that are involved in live online adult entertainment.”

There are currently five top-level Platinum and five Gold level sponsorships available, with Platinum sponsorships covering both the Adult Webcam Awards and Adult Webcam Conference now priced at $7,000 total, rather than the previous price of $14,000.

“To make this price reduction we increased the number of Platinum sponsorships to eight,” Lee says. “This still keeps the exposure very focused and cuts down on costs to the core top level sponsors and may also allow for a cam model appreciation event at the show.”

Lee also notes that there are dedicated “cam model only” events with no overlapping show sessions, saying that “it’s a privilege for us to play a part in recognizing their achievements and efforts — I want to make the events the best they can be for the models.”

In addition, the 2017 event is not only centered around live webcam models but free for them to attend — another reason for the excitement expressed by performers on social media.

“The reception [we are receiving] this year has exceeded even our own expectations with the volume of performers reaching out to us,” Lee concludes. “We are planning for a big show!”
