East Coast News Announces Buyback Program

HIGHTSTOWN, N.J. — East Coast News will be offering a limited time 100 percent buyback program to any retailers who currently stock and sell the LELO brand.

In May 2016, ECN announced that they were discontinuing their partnership with LELO brand.

ECN has created this program for retailers who wish to return any LELO products that are in sellable condition to ECN, in exchange for 100 percent credit on future orders with ECN.

With this newly developed buyback program, ECN plans to help retailers who wish to transition from the LELO brand to one of the many feature-rich items ECN stocks.

The buyback will include free return freight to any of the ECN warehouses.

Current ECN customers who wish to participate in this program are encouraged to log onto Ecn.com, click on the "buyback program" banner and follow the on-screen instructions.

Additionally, retailers who did not purchase LELO products through ECN are welcome to take part in the buyback program. They can e-mail buyback@ecn.com to receive more information.

Lastly, further incentives are also available to retailers who participate in this program.

The buyback program rules and regulations are as follows:

  • All LELO items that are eligible for buyback must be returned in sellable condition.
  • All LELO items, including those not purchased through ECN, are eligible.
  • Contact your ECN sales rep for RMA item number once items have been added to RMA cart on ECN's website.
  • Products can be shipped to the desired ECN warehouse via free ground freight. Shipping costs will be credited to one's account upon receipt of paid shipping invoice.
