Bimini Bucks Completes Merger With NS Cash

CHATSWORTH, Calif. – Amateur niche site specialist Bimini Bucks has completed its merger into the NS Cash webmaster program. New Sensations Vice President of Internet Marketing Sean Holland announced the merger in January at AEE.

Two-year-old Phoenix-based Bimini Bucks manages six personality-driven solo-girl sites, including TarynThomas.com and CoryHeart.com. The company plans to roll out four new sites within the next six months.

NS Cash is the online arm of adult entertainment studios New Sensations, Digital Sin, Vengeance XXX and the new Greedy Video.

“We are ready to take on the world now that the merger is complete,” Bimini Bucks founder Niko Bimini told XBIZ. “This merger brings NS Cash into the amateur teen market in a big way. It also opens the doors for the Bimini Bucks sites to be exposed to a much bigger market. The combination of Bimini with NS Cash is very exciting and will be huge for both companies.”

Since the merger has officially been completed, Holland said the only change for Bimini webmasters is that they will have to log in to NS Cash’s backend to grab promotional content and check stats. All old links and codes to galleries are still fully operational, Bimini said.

“Niko is going to run the whole creative and content production aspect of his site,” Holland told XBIZ. “We will do all of the marketing and run everything behind the scenes. I think his sites have a great opportunity to grow with us.”
