Webmaster Central Updates Video Player, Now Powered by Lightbox

TAMPA BAY, Fla. — Webmaster Central today announced the release of its next-generation video player, which is powered by Lightbox technology.

The new video player uses responsive technology to enhance user experience across all common viewing platforms. In addition, the video player update allows Webmaster Central clients to insert advertisements that will show directly in the video screen, a technique that’s grown popular with mainstream video sites like YouTube.com.

"In-video ads are pretty essential these days," said Andy A, founder and CEO of Webmaster Central. "Let’s say you’re a large dating program and you add Webmaster Central content to increase conversion and retention rates. While your members are watching the videos, now they can also be shown ads promoting the latest profiles, or opportunities to upgrade their own profiles. It’s a fantastic way to stay connected with your members and make more money in the process."

The latest update is available both to new clients and also to existing clients at no extra cost.

Webmaster Central gives websites the ability to lease HD video content from every major adult entertainment niche, all optimized for viewing on every major platform, including smartphones, tablets and desktop screens.

All content feeds can be seamlessly integrated into existing sites through use of an XML gateway, or though the company’s white label services.

Webmaster Central also offers complete custom front ends for companies looking for quick and easy ways to add complete new websites to their portfolios.
