Noblitt, who has nearly three years of sales experience under his belt with Eldorado, has a strong understanding of retail, distribution, franchising, purchasing, marketing and vendor relations, according company CEO Larry Garland.
“Moving forward, I’m really excited about Dave assuming a team leadership role in his new capacity as sales manager,” Garland said. “Dave brings many years of management experience to this position. He is a pleasure to work with, and we are all eager to see him grow and thrive with his new responsibilities.”
Noblitt said he hopes his new post at Eldorado will mark the highlight of his career.
“I am delighted about my new position with Eldorado,” he said. “After all of my adventures in the business and stops along the way, I am thrilled that this will be my last and confident it will be my greatest.”
Garland said he wished Daeges, who spent 14 years at Eldorado, the best of luck in her future endeavors.
“Connie has been invaluable to this organization for well over a decade, and it is difficult to see her leave,” Garland said.
Daeges said her decision to leave was not an easy one.
“I love the industry, and I have the utmost respect for Eldorado,” she said. “While I am going to miss the company and my associates, I have made the decision to relocate to warmer weather.”
