Nintendo Game Links to Porn Site

REDMOND, Wash. — Nintendo should check the wording on its boxcovers more carefully. Gamers intending to visit the official site listed on the box for the GameCube game Killer 7, instead wound up at a porn site that promotes Naughty America, TopBucks and others.

The box for Killer 7 displays what was supposed to be the official site for the game right underneath the Capcom logo, the game’s developer. However, gamers looking for character descriptions, screen shots and wallpapers from the game instead wind up at a porn site that promises “pics of interracial gangbang movies.”

The URL on the box is Killer7.com when it should be Killer-7.com.

A concerned Nintendo gamer posted the following message on NeoGAF.com, a prominent video game discussion board.

“Dear Nintendo,

Hello. I recently purchased the game Killer 7 for the Nintendo GameCube. On the back of the game cover it directed me to visit the game's website at Killer7.com. I went to this web site, but did not find any information related to the game there. Instead, I found a website titled “Pics of Interracial Gangbang Movies Fucking Hard.” There were pictures of unclothed people on this site involved in a number of deeply arousing sexual acts.

Nowhere was there any mention of the Nintendo GameCube game Killer 7 at the game’s website. There was only porn, and lots of it.”

Nintendo claims the typo only appeared on certain regional editions of the game box.
