Kelly Shibari Named SpareParts HardWear Plus-Size 'Promotional Face'

LOS ANGELES — Asian BBW performer Kelly Shibari has been named the “promotional face” of SpareParts HardWear plus-size harness line.

Shibari will be appearing on plus-size product boxes for SpareParts’ Tomboi, Bella and Sasha harness models, as well as additional promotional and marketing materials. She will also be available to work via the U.S. brand manager, STEME, to provide training and speak with sales staff of stores carrying SpareParts’ plus-size lines.

“I’m thrilled to have been selected to represent SpareParts’ plus-size offerings,” Shibari said. “SpareParts HardWear is an iconic brand in the harness market. In addition to being a fan of the product, I’m also a fan of the professionalism and care the whole team puts into how the product is presented and marketed. It’s a true honor, and I look forward to getting the word out to harness users of size about the comfort, fit, and luxurious design details that exist in SpareParts harnesses.”

“We are excited to work with Kelly — she is a true model and such a pleasure to have on board,” SpareParts HardWear Founder Tres said.  “Kelly is a great spokesperson for the Couture Line of SpareParts HardWear. She properly represents the values of the product line, as well as being one of the ‘real women’ who conveys the sexy that is SpareParts HardWear.”

SpareParts offers a wide variety of handcrafted harnesses for all body types. The company even produced an instructional product video to help customers select the harness size that corresponds to their clothing size and body shape.

Currently, SpareParts proffers plus-size variations for its athletic Tomboi model and two styles from its Couture Lingerie harness line — the femme Bella and the Sasha, which features removable garters and the classic O ring.

Kelly Shibari operates a leading fetish plus-size website, PaddedKink.com, and reigns as the only existing plus-size Fleshlight Girl. Most recently, Shibari wrote, produced and directed her XBIZ-nominated 2012 video “Kelly Shibari Is Overloaded.”
