THE NETHERLANDS — FreeOnes.com has released a new site feature, the Model Personals Store, for open beta testing.
The feature, which launched earlier in January, was created to give models a way to take advantage of the site's popularity and traffic to earn money. Models can log in to the model content tool, upload their photos and videos, and cash out on the sales they make through their store.
"The idea for the Model Content Program came up few years ago when we noticed a downfall in the solo site business," Roald Riepen, managing director said.
He added, "Because of the tube sites, rampant piracy, and the overall economy being bad, this resulted in less work for the models and a need to look at new revenue streams. We decided now is the best time to take the step and open up our platform to the models. So with this new feature, they can benefit directly from our traffic by simply uploading their own content to their personal store then let us do the work of selling it."
The company is currently working on new features for the store that will be released over the coming months.
Riepen said, "In the near future, we'll roll out various extra features such as a complete portal to improve the project and generate extra traffic and revenue. We want to keep it interesting enough for the models so they continue to work with us."
Models interested in owning their own store can email mcu@freeones.com for more information.
