The podcast ad, which was created by Tronic, a New York-based design firm, features Jameson in white playing a vintage arcade game.
In the ad, known simply as “White,” Jameson pummels six gophers that continuously spring from a coin-operated game. Exhausted from the whack-a-mole game, Jameson falls to the floor, the camera’s gaze lingering on her body, clad in a white halter-top and matching short-shorts.
“I had a blast making the commercial and was thrilled when I got to see the final product,” Jameson said. “I love Adidas and was so excited to be asked to participate in the ad. I feel fortunate to be part of the campaign.”
The “White” ad is part of an adiColor revival campaign that the shoemaker ran in 1983. That campaign showcased sneakers that customers could personalize with color markers. The current version of the campaign will feature seven culturally relevant, young directors and artists. Jameson’s ad is the first installment of the campaign.
While the ad features a famous porn star, it is reported to be safe for a general audience, according to CoolHunting.com blogger Josh Rubin.
The podcasts are hosted on iTunes as well as Adidas.com.
