Digital Hollywood Slates Adult Industry Panelists

SANTA MONICA, Calif. — Top executives from the mainstream and adult entertainment industries this week are converging on the Digital Hollywood trade conference in Santa Monica.

The four-day conference includes seminars from numerous industry sectors, including video-on-demand, high-definition TV, mobile, DVD, games, broadband, home networking and digital rights media, as well as marketing and advertising.

The event also includes one seminar of particular interest to those who want to understand how the adult industry pushes technology to mainstream.

Waat Media’s Ian Aaron, Playboy’s Chris Petrovic, Throb’s Jeff Random and ClubJenna’s Jay Grdina will discuss adult industry business models in a panel moderated by the Free Speech Coalition’s Tom Hymes.

This seminar focuses on content optimization across multiple platforms, such as membership sites to broadcast to mobile.

Digital Hollywood takes place today through Thursday at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel. The adult seminar is slated for 2:15 p.m.-3:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 30.
