Orbital Pay Donates to ASACP to Help With International Expansion

LOS ANGELES — The ASACP Foundation has announced that Steve Bryson and Orbital Pay made a substantial donation, which will help the foundation’s international outreach for the use of the Restricted to Adults – RTA meta tag.

"As a transaction processor, we at Orbital Pay, see sites and content on the web that is inappropriate for children," Orbital Pay CEO Steve Bryson said. "When it comes to child exploitation on the web, the ASACP Foundation is committed to developing technology to protect children online such as its RTA Android App labeling/filtering solution. I urge all companies and persons to support this outstanding organization."

Bryson is well known for his philanthropy. During the holidays he delivered more than 60,000 meals, along with personal hygiene and sundry items, to missions in Long Beach and Orange County. Steve continues to support his own charity Never Forgotten Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization founded to provide resources to orphaned children of war and impoverished people around the world.

Last year, Bryson and his son chartered a private jet filled with food and medical supplies to bring aid to the devastated people of Haiti.

"Steve understands the need of both personal and corporate giving and the importance of global social responsibility," ASACP CEO Joan Irvine said.

"He understands the need to give back both personally and professionally and that corporate donations help employees working for his company feel good about their employer’s contributions to society. Steve’s global mission will help the ASACP Foundation in its international expansion, the ongoing translation of ASACP sites and the ASACP European Advisory Council meeting in London in May. We are grateful for his continued support.
