"This is one of the most exciting sponsorships we have ever done," said Juicy Jay, founder of JuicyAds. "We are proud to be a sponsor of the Phoenix Forum this year, but sponsoring a team in the YNOT Grand Prix is definitely going to be a blast. We are really excited to see what skills the other teams bring to the track."
The 2011 YNOT Grand Prix is a new worldwide Go Kart racing event for the adult industry that began at the Barcelona Summit in February. The event offers both team and driver championships. Competitors will be divided into groups, which will complete a 10-minute practice session and a 10-minute qualifying session.
Based on the results from the qualifying session, the top drivers will go through to the final. In the final, grid positions will be determined by fastest lap times during a five-minute qualifying session.
Drivers take their positions on the starting grid according to their qualifying times. After 15 minutes or a set number of laps, the first driver across the finish line wins.
The next race takes place at the Phoenix Forum in March, and continues with races at the YNOT Summit San Francisco and concludes in September at the Prague show.
"This isn't just about ego," Jay said. "I haven't been on a Go Kart in awhile. I'm just enormously competitive, want good competition, and would love to start some rivalries and have a good time."
The JuicyAds founder will race as part of the team, which will be comprised of clients using JuicyAds to buy and sell advertising.
