The company said "Honey’s Place Live" will feature 30-minute webinars in a talk show format. The air date for the first episode is set for Dec.15 at 10 a.m. (Pacific) and be re-broadcast at 2 p.m. (Pacific), the same day. The show will be hosted by Honey’s Place buyer Lou Anginone and senior account manager Laura Sweet.
The company said the purpose of the show is to bring information, directly from the manufacturers, in a fun and engaging format.
“Our first webinar aired earlier in the year which turned out very well and received great feedback," said Bonnie Feingold, Honey’s Place president and CEO.
"We wanted to create some engaging content that gives true value to our clients. I think this new format will be even better, more entertaining, and all the while educational.”
Honey’s Place has already produced other episodes and will be airing them monthly. The first episode’s guest will be Todd Carter from Sportsheets.
“Producing these shows has been a blast," show host Lou Anginone said.
"Far too often we see webinars that are just powerpoint slideshows with a voice-over. This show is interesting, and more importantly, interactive. Viewers will be able to utilize a chat feature during the broadcast to get answers to questions from the Honey’s Place account managers.”
Honey’s Place Live co-host Laura Sweet said that doing the show has been a fun experience.
"I'm hoping they keep people interested, laughing and learning," she said.
"Our goal is to help our clients increase sales through information, or better yet, use them to train their employees. The shows will be archived so they can be utilized at any time as needed. For me, 'Honey's Place Live' was an opportunity to invite our clients into our world and have a more personalized experience with us."
