Ukash Named Headline Sponsor for the Prepaid Awards 2011

LONDON — Cash processor Ukash has signed on as a headline sponsor for the 2011 Prepaid Awards in October.

The Prepaid Awards, which was founded in 2008, highlights the achievements of the prepaid market and celebrates innovation and best practice within the industry.

"The Prepaid Awards is going from strength to strength and is recognized in the industry as a key event for leaders in the prepaid industry," said Paul Coxhill, marketing director for Ukash.

"We are excited to be the headline sponsor at the Prepaid Awards 2011 as its presence and significance grows, and we look forward to hosting Europe's elite at the awards ceremony next October."

Ukash said it has spent the past five years developing a global network of physical cash loading points for the prepaid industry, enabling issuers, processors and program managers to look beyond the U.S. and U.K. markets.

"We are excited about Ukash taking this lead role in sponsoring the Prepaid Awards 2011, which reflects Ukash's commitment to the prepaid industry and their aspiration to further enhance their global presence," said Emma Armstrong, events producer at the Prepaid Awards.
