TMZ reports Lindemulder, who is now a free woman after serving four months in an Oregon halfway house, says she’s ready to get back 50-50 custody of her daughter, but wants to make James pay $5,000 for her legal fees because she claims she is broke.
So, she filed documents in Orange County asking a judge to make James spot her the money, though according to the papers, she doesn’t think he’ll do it and expects him to fight her custody request.
Lindemulder lost custody of her daughter to James while serving a six-month prison term for tax evasion in 2009.
