X Industry Jobs Now Offering H.R. Solutions

CHICAGO — X Industry Jobs is now offering human resources solutions to the adult entertainment industry companies in the U.S. and Canada, allowing them to pick from a list of services that they would like to outsource.

X Industry Jobs solutions include: overseeing and executing recruiting, which includes posting ads, responding, assisting in the interviewing and hiring process; separations (terminations and exit interviews); review or develop a compensation program/benefit package for employees by positions they hold and also assist with employee promotions and employee morale, which can be measured by employee satisfaction score cards.

“Outsourcing definitely has its advantages for both companies that are large and small in size,” X Industry Jobs’ Eddie said. “Some of the factors to look at when bringing in new employees is maintaining the company’s culture and also selecting the right candidates to fill open positions which involve finding those that will fit in well with the firm's culture.”

Being a veteran in the industry and knowing how adult companies work, Eddie said he and his team could spearhead this process without having to learn the business.

“That outsourcing some of your HR functions allows a company to focus on their core competencies and provides administrative relief from many employer-related responsibilities, so you as a company can spend more time concentrating on developing strategies that provides you a competitive advantage instead of spending valuable time on HR-related issues,” Eddie said. “Lastly, among some of the commonly mentioned advantages of outsourcing are that it also leads to reductions in company costs and increases in efficiency, enabling internal employees to focus more directly on meeting core organizational goals.”
