CommerceGate Newest ASACP Corporate Sponsor

LOS ANGELES — The Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) has announced that CommerceGate has become its newest Corporate Sponsor.

According to the association, CommerceGate is a certified Internet Payment Service Provider (IPSP) and an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) in the U.S. and E.U., offering level 1 PCI compliant payment processing used by many of the largest digital consumer websites in the world.

"CommerceGate has relationships with acquiring banks in the U.S. and Europe which allows processing services to be custom tailored to each client's specific business model," a spokesperson stated. "CommerceGate is fully integrated with the leading affiliate software providers and can easily be connected to any third-party marketing tools via post-back notification systems or XML report structures."

CommerceGate has support and technology resources located Los Angeles, Miami, and Barcelona as well as redundant data centers.

"With an ever-tightening economy, it is important that organizations such as ASACP are supported to continue the essential work they do in educating and informing legislative branches and mainstream companies about the adult entertainment industry's focus on protecting the rights of children," CommerceGate CEO Bjorn Skarlen said. "In addition, we welcome the expansion of ASACP into the global market and felt the Barcelona Summit was a perfect event to announce our support."

"International expansion is a priority for ASACP and we are thrilled to welcome CommerceGate as our newest corporate sponsor," ASACP CEO Joan Irvine offered. "CommerceGate provides payment processing solutions on a global scale. Their financial support as a sponsor, combined with their global expertise, will be great assets in helping ASACP protect children on an international level."

Founded in 1996, ASACP is a nonprofit organization dedicated to online child protection, through its CP Reporting Hotline and Restricted To Adults (RTA) website label.
