Treasure Coast Media Launches How-to Site for Aspiring Performers

CHARLOTTE — Treasure Coast media has launched a new information site for aspiring adult performers called How To Be A Porn Star.

The site offers information on how to get started as an adult performer, including inside details on what to expect from directors and producers, as well as what kinds of rates newcomers can expect to make.

Treasure Coast Media Owner and longtime adult performer Victoria Givens said that she contributes heavily to the site to ensure its accuracy.

“Companies and individuals that are listed or mentioned on the site are ones that my friends and I have worked with and can personally recommend,” she said.

In addition, the site offers a contact page where aspiring performers can email Givens or other site operators to confirm the legitimacy of a job or producer.

“I think all of us can remember the scams and wolves lurking on the job boards and on the Internet when we first started,” said a site representative. “The question I get asked most is, ‘how can I get into the business.’”

Along with basic information about joining the industry, the site includes a page full of contact information for most major adult companies.
