Lucas Entertainment will offer access to its mobile portal either as an upsell on its primary paysite, or as a standalone subscription for consumers who have gone entirely mobile.
Lucas Entertainment President and CEO Michael Lucas said that the move to a mobile platform came naturally.
“Throughout Lucas Entertainment’s history we have always been at the forefront of new media," he said. "As adult content continues to adapt to a technology-heavy environment, I’m proud to be working with a company as forward-thinking as Spankmo Mobile.”
Set to launch this month, Lucas Entertainment's new mobile service will be available for all web-compatible mobile devices and will feature high-resolution content from all of the studio's brands, as well as a few mobile-exclusive offerings.
Last month, Lucas Entertainment teamed up with Homoactive.TV to expand its distribution base, and in September, the company inked a deal with video-on-demand giant AEBN to exclusively distribute its title “Cock Stalker.”
Meanwhile, Spankmo Mobile has been helping several adult companies move their content onto cell phones, including OnlyTease.com, which tapped the company to help build its iPhone-ready site OnlyTease.mobi.
