The Phoenix Forum Report: Day 1

TEMPE, Ariz. —Adult industry members flocked to the Tempe Mission Palms courtyard to start another event-packed Phoenix Forum.

The morning started off with both panel and workshop tracks. The panels discussed topics ranging from deciphering and understanding international content laws, retaining customer bases and affiliate marketing techniques.

The workshop tracks led attendees through a series of classroom-esque sessions discussing marketing, business and the law as well as affiliate marketing techniques and how to make the smartest business moves to maintain top status in the current economy.

Day one wasn't all work, however — TPF-goers jetted across the street to Hooters, courtesy of JBM, as soon as the clock struck 2 p.m. to start drinking and sharing hot wings with each other, building energy and stamina for the upcoming XXX Iron Man beer pong event to be held an hour later at the pool.

Company members from all walks of the business — including content production, affiliate consulting, billing, and legal services — were seen heading in and out of the infamous snack shacks with arms full of ice cream, water and salty munchies, clearly stocking up in between meetings.

Day one will conclude with the annual Welcome Reception, followed by Cybersocket's kickoff party, after-hours poker and a bash celebrating The Phoenix Forum's 10 years of existence.

Congratulations to the TPF crew for 10 solid years in the business!
