Adult performer Tanya James is featured in the new app, which tests users on their lovemaking prowess. Variah CEO Chass Rossman said that a device as innovative as the iPhone deserves apps that tap its full potential.
"Consumers crave interactive, adult gaming experiences, beyond traditional streaming media. And having the opportunity to do that on their mobile devices is finally here. The combination of touch, real-time video and mobile was simply irresistible."
The company promises that the new app will let users “tap, touch and stroke” their iPhone screens to help usher an adult model over the edge. The game grades players based on foreplay technique, quality of climax and other bonuses.
The company is planning a series of apps, much in the spirit of the different interactive sex series offered by companies like Zero Tolerance. James stars in the inaugural app, UFookTanya.
One intriguing wrinkle in the UFook.me app is its capacity to deliver other apps to consumers in a store-like setting. Because the app can only run on "cracked" iPhones — devices whose native operating system has been neutralized — users could conceivably treat UFook.me's app marketplace like a defacto adult alternative to the Apple App Store.
Variah VP of marketing Lexi Bradford said that was just the idea.
"Mobile gaming is exploding with the advance of smartphone technology, lower prices and increasing worldwide market share," she said. "We wanted to create something truly compelling for users that could also be expanded rapidly with a mobile store component like Apple’s App Store."
