For The Girls Announces Competition Results

BRISBANE, Australia – Women's erotica site ForTheGirls.com has announced the winners of its 2nd Birthday Erotic Fiction Competition.

The winning story, "Loving Ben," delves into the mind of a happily married woman fantasizing about sex with her brother-in-law. The judges described the story as being about "women in long-term relationships, about the need for fantasy and lost opportunities."

The runner-up piece deals with a woman discussing a threesome fantasy with her lover. The third place winner is a story about a woman's sexual re-awakening via a brief fling with a baker (and his bread).

The competition ran for two months and judges received almost 100 entries. Every story was required to feature at least one female orgasm.

"We had an incredible response to this competition," Karen Jones, webmistress at For The Girls, said. "The standard of writing offered was high and the range of topics was quite broad. If you think women's erotica is just Fabio in period costume having euphemistic sex, think again. Some of the fantasy scenarios we received were very hot and, in some cases, quite extreme."

Jones said it was encouraging to see good authors who know how to write quality erotic fiction for women. "It's also wonderful that For The Girls can offer stories with a uniquely female perspective, and where women's pleasure is top priority. This has always been very important to us."

The three winning stories, plus another 10 "honorable mention" stories will be published on the site. All winners received cash prizes plus a month's membership to For The Girls.
