Betrayed
Cast: Trey Casteel, Joe Strong, Bigg Pete, Kurt Wild, Luke Riley, Chase Stephens, Franky Pintar and Enrique.
FPG Entertainment is really starting to solidify its place amidst the big video dogs with its well-shot storylines and fine pacing. In “Betrayed,” FPG favorite Trey Casteel plays a pro-wrestling circuit owner who has fallen on financially hard times. He takes out a loan from the local neighborhood mob boss (played quite well by FPG producer Marco Guerra) and quickly learns he can’t pay it back.
Casteel has four wrestlers training under him: Luke Riley, Enrique, Kurt Wild and Bigg Pete. There’s a major competition coming up that could win Casteel his money back. But two of the wrestlers compete for him — and two compete for the mob boss. (Hence the betrayal.)
There are some fine sex scenes — hunky, tattooed Joe Strong plays Guerra’s mob henchman who fucks as good as he kills. A scene where he overpowers Casteel is heated yet uncomfortable, and he later plows Pete after giving him a massage laced with deadly intentions.
Kurt Wild does a fine job playing the scrappy little wrestler who has something to prove, and Riley and Enrique (as lovers) have some nice moments, as well.
The movie is a downer, though — I watched the final scene with my mouth hanging open.
