Q&A: Sia Siberia Brings Gamers' Fantasies to Life

Q&A: Sia Siberia Brings Gamers' Fantasies to Life

Estonian content creator and adult star Sia Siberia has worked diligently in the industry for seven years, moving forward step by step to achieve career success. Throughout that time, she counts her shoots for Vixen, Tushy and Blacked as being among the biggest milestones she has achieved.

“I had always wanted to work for them but I was too shy to write to them,” Siberia shared, “so when I saw a message from Julia Grandi offering me an opportunity to work with them, I was shocked.”

I just love hentai and have always wanted to be in those worlds.

She cites as another significant accomplishment the viral fame she garnered after her team produced a “Samsung Sam”-themed video of her in July 2021, when an unofficial Samsung phone character was making the rounds as a 3D-rendered virtual brunette. Given the popularity of her portrayal, Siberia described her iteration as “canonical.”

“Fans still seek me out online because of how viral the trend was,” she said.

With approximately 600,000 followers on Twitter, 430,000 likes on Onlyfans, a top-50 MV Girl rank and more high-tier metrics across a variety of platforms, Siberia has established herself as a prized creator. Now, in this exclusive XBIZ Creator of the Month interview, she sheds light on her strategies and approach to the business.

XBIZ: How do you balance a rigorous work schedule with real life?

SIBERIA: Since my “Sia Siberia” brand requires the completion of a lot of daily tasks to sustain, when one is completed there are already two new ones coming down the pipeline, so I never stop. Fortunately, my helpers make it possible to continually dream of making my brand even bigger and more universal so everybody can enjoy me.

Usually my schedule involves studio shoots, a lot of different tasks on my phone and real-life responsibilities. Even if I don’t have a shoot planned, it’s not guaranteed that I won’t spend the whole day working. So I realize that I need to control myself because I find it hard to achieve a work/life balance.

Whenever I think that I’m about to find that balance, something inevitably happens that leads to me overworking again. Fortunately, studio shoots offer a welcome break from the indie grind. I take three or so work trips every year, which helps me perceive studio shoots as an adventure and new experience.

XBIZ: Talk about your partnership with Gaming Adult and your collaborative ambitions.

SIBERIA: My team and I have been planning to collaborate with Gaming Adult since spring 2022, and so when we finally met with the guys at a conference in Cyprus, we signed the contract. I just love hentai and have always wanted to be in those worlds, so being part of a hentai game is just brilliant for me and my fans who have watched my themed cosplays. I want to share my character with them all!

XBIZ: How do you strategically market yourself via social media?

SIBERIA: Oh, it’s difficult, because I’m a model primarily and not necessarily a businesswoman, but I can say that regular market research, being on top of the latest trending wave and testing different approaches to things or putting out alternative content is the key to success.

XBIZ: How has the independent content market developed over time, in your view?

SIBERIA: Well, 2016 was the year a lot of creators entered the market in earnest, while in 2020 there was a boom with so many new girls coming to the industry. But not everybody remained here, as it’s much more difficult than “just show pussy.” Also, OnlyFans has become quite big, but it’s still a lot of work even if we have a lot of opportunities. There is more information than ever, though, and models have begun promoting themselves on social media in such a way as to show they’re not just girls who can fuck, but real people with real lives.

XBIZ: Are there any fun facts or unique hobbies you have that fans may not know about?

SIBERIA: Usually, if I develop a hobby, I tell the guys about it on my Instagram. A few of my favorite hobbies currently are building difficult Lego figures, learning Spanish and playing the video game Genshin Impact.

XBIZ: What are the most significant ways you’ve evolved personally and professionally in this industry?

SIBERIA: Personally, I’ve become very empowered and spend time improving myself through the mastery of new languages, educating myself and training in the gym three times per week. I often fly to different countries and have become quite the traveler, while overcoming my social phobia by having conversations with different people. Professionally, I have begun making videos of the highest quality and have learned how to interact with my fans in ever more engaging ways. I do this especially by producing cosplay videos that are true to the canon, inspiring fans while also touching their hearts.

XBIZ: Tell us about your main goals for the beginning of 2023 and beyond.

SIBERIA: After producing several successful Christmas videos with actual characters in them and coming back from a small vacation, I’m so ready for the future, where I want everybody to try these hot and funny Gaming Adult games. I also want to make my own merch so fans can buy hoodies and T-shirts with cool artwork of me. I’d like to also explore using 3D graphics in my videos, so you’ll see some interesting upgrades content-wise in the future.
