I take a somewhat atypical approach to fan engagement, because I believe strongly in treating every subscriber like royalty. Since most fans aren’t necessarily wealthy, the fact they’re choosing to part with their cash to interact with you is a big deal.
It's easy for creators to view a subscriber as a walking wallet, but a little respect goes a long way and they will respect you in return. This will also help build rapport with regulars and create long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships. Since 95% of my subscribers engage with me in both sexual and nonsexual ways, it is clear that many are seeking genuine human connection. Everyone wants to feel desired, wanted and valued, so I aim to make all of my subscribers feel that way.

I’ve also been told that some creators complain about and criticize their fans, and I've even heard of fans being “purged” or blocked from pages for not tipping enough. This is a definite no for me! Even if a subscriber can’t afford to tip one month, maybe they will be able to the following month. Don’t alienate your fan base by being overly demanding.
As well, I suggest making use of the following tips based on my own experiences and what I find works well for me. Hopefully some of these insights will prove useful for you as well.
AVOID SPAMMING SUBSCRIBERS WITH SHARE-FOR-SHARE PROMO
This may be controversial, but I don’t recommend advertising other creators on your premium social media pages. Many fans see this as spam, and it's also a big turnoff for someone new to your page who is excited to scroll through your content but gets bombarded with ads for creators who aren’t you. When people have paid to see you and your content, it's unfair to spam them with adverts.
Another issue with share-for-share advertising is that people sometimes fake their fan count. You’ve probably seen creators touting that they are among the “Top X% on OnlyFans,” but unfortunately you can't trust everyone to be true to their word. I’ve known creators to openly admit photoshopping their top-tier percentage. Also, if someone has a completely different fan base and appearance from you, is it really likely that you have lots to gain from cross-promoting each other.
BE AS GENUINE AS POSSIBLE
My premium social media is somewhat similar to a diary. Since I do studio shoots, I post about my upcoming scenes. I post photos and videos whilst I’m on set for those scenes, and I do a live show after I finish a big scene. I really like bringing my fans along with me on my adventures and I know they enjoy gleaning genuine insights into my life.
I post authentic, relatable content and really hold nothing back in terms of letting fans get to know the real me. I know a lot of creators have a specific brand, which is great, but I personally find that being my true self allows me to better connect with my fans and make them more loyal in return.
For example, I do weekly Q&A videos where fans send in questions and I answer them in 20 minutes. This is a really fun way of letting fans get to know you, and of course you can choose to answer only the questions you’re comfortable with.
I also highly recommend live shows as a way to engage them. I do shows focused on a specific tip goal, as well as shows which are just me chilling with my fans for a few hours.
DON’T GATEKEEP YOUR CONTENT
I know many creators who swear by posting the bare minimum to their premium social media pages, so that the only way fans get to see anything juicy is by parting with even more money. As an adult performer, this would never work for me since plenty of my free XXX content is already available on Pornhub. Instead, I make sure that a subscriber to my page is satisfied with the content they’re getting, which makes them more likely to become a regular. If a new subscriber scrolls through your feed and sees that you’re always posting good, fresh content, they’re a lot more likely to feel it’s worth staying on your page long-term.
CREATE AND POST GOOD CONTENT REGULARLY
I post a minimum of twice per day, but sometimes I do up to 10 posts per day. I schedule all my posts a month in advance, but also add to my page same-day when I have something special. This means there are no huge gaps in new content updates, and I don’t have to worry about being on my phone 24/7.
I also offer multiple full-length videos on my page for no extra cost, so subscribers paying for my page feel that they're getting their money’s worth. When I have a new hardcore video, I always utilize the campaign feature, as opposed to send a mass message. A mass message feels impersonal and can alienate fans, as well as make some feel pressured. I much prefer to post a trailer, alongside a tip goal, and send the video out individually to subscribers once the goal is hit. This means I always make a good amount of money from one video, and it gives me the opportunity to upsell.
I hope you find the above tips helpful, and I encourage you to increase your earnings by engaging your fans with sincerity, non-spammy content and irresistible offers!
