1. “Thank you” is expected for every tip you receive. But saying ”I like you,” makes the member feel like he’s with his best friend and you enjoy his presence in the room. Saying ”I love you” might send out the wrong signals, but liking someone and hearing that someone likes you and appreciates you is a good feeling to get.

2. Smile when the member enters the room and mention his screen name. This makes him feel like you’re happy to see him and missed your time apart, whether short or long. So, keep remembering your best members by name.

3. Offer private compliments just before a member leaves your room, whether it’s a positive comment on their attire after a cam-to-cam show or recognition of their witty remarks. It makes them feel confident about their presence in the room. Opinions matter in relationships, so thank them for their time, generosity and making your day a little better.

4. Praise a member in public chat, to show you’re not afraid to demonstrate how much you appreciate them in front of other members (or those dastardly freeloaders).

5. Get to know your members’ favorite songs and play them randomly, dedicating it to them when they’re online in the chatroom. It makes it clear you’re going the extra mile to show how much you care.

6. As for a member’s favorite sports team, make an effort to order some sports gear to wear online during the season. They’ll love to see you supporting their team. No matter what the results are for the team, you’ll always win!

7. Make your member a special video or photo. You can even add it to your cam room’s shop and make them purchase it fast before you take it down so only they see it.
